Cashier Training

This Cashier Training course provides participants with basic training on cash register functions
so that they feel comfortable and confident when entering the retail industry. 
On completion,
participants are prepared to enter the work force with the knowledge and skills of what a cashier
position entails.

Event & Conference Planning - Level 1 

This practical introduction to professional conference and event management will include the early
stages in the planning cycle: assessing needs, designing content and format, selecting and
negotiating sites, and establishing realistic budgets and timelines. Start with the planning
process, applying management principles, and working from the perspective of the professional
conference manager.

Event & Conference Planning - Level 2
Following form and building upon Event & Conference Planning - Level 1, this course will
continue the planning cycle, focusing on the effectiveness of managing conference
components. Promotion and marketing strategies, records maintenance, financial controls,
on-site responsibilities and conference evaluation will illustrate many business principles
necessary for a professional Conference Manager.
